Basically make the pic test forum/area a junk place where people can test stuff/proof it before they post it. Just an idea as I know I am deffinatly not the only one with this problem. I have noticed that a lot of people, including myself have a hard time re-sizing pics or whatever may be the problem. I just figured mabey have a section that is just for testing/resizing/fixing pics before you try and post them on a proper thread. What I have found most irritating in the past is that I post a thread or response and the pic never shows no matter what I do. I use Kodak Easy Share and when I resize it I choose either "best of E-mail" or "best for Web". This resizes most photos to around 200Kb.
