Report comments

I was wondering if it would be possible to allow paragraphs in report comments. We can do that when submitting a report, but when making a comment it's all wrapped in one long paragraph. The only reason this comes to mind is a comment I made on Hog Canyon lake with a quote from WDFW. I tried to segregate the WDFW portion from my comments, but it all wrapped together in one big paragraph.

Not a real big deal, but something I was thinking would be nice if possible.

It would be very nice to be able to make seperate paragraphs. To be able to organise topics/subjects within the report the way it is suppose to be done. Like writing a book or magazine artical. Seperate stuff for easier reading and better understanding when seperating subjects within an artical.
