I always seem to have problems trying to search for a specific member without having to go the LONG way to find them. I'll go to the member search function, select the first letter of their name...then it pulls up all 156 pages (exageration) for the members all starting with that first letter...then continue to search page by page till found. Is there an easier way?
Also...when I want to send someone a quick PM...if they are not a Premium member, as soon as I click on their name it will bring up a link for a PM or Email right away. But if they're a Premium member it sends me to their Blog/Photos/Reports section...but I don't want this section...all I want to do is send a PM. Is there an easier way? Is it something I'm doing?
Thanks for your help!

At present there isn't any other way I know of. Hopefully our next forum update...

RE:MEMBER SEARCH FUNCTION/PM'S
I just click on PM at the bottom of the text in any forum thread, or search for the member and then PM. Have never had the issues you mention mav, the PMs just go their merry way and sit in my outbox until that member retrieves the message.
Now, since we're on the subject of PMs, I kind of wish there was an easier way to get to my inbox than logging in, selecting community, then selecting public forums, then clicking on the waiting message. If I try to do this from the email notification, which includes a link presumably to the message, it does not take me directly to my inbox, and I end up having to go the same route as above. For me, it would be nice to have the PM notice show up after logging in vs having to go into the public forums, but it's nit really a big deal either way.

When I click on the link in the e-mail, it takes me directly to the message and I can read the message without clicking or opening anything else.
