I just noticed under my profile info on the left hand side it says I was "thanked 1 time(s) in 1 post"
I didn't notice the option to "thank" someone up by the quote and edit feature. I like this new option/feature! If you click on the users name you can select "View Thanks" to see thanks given and received by the user including the original post they were thanked in.

Ok, it's to the far right of where the 'quote, delete, edit, attach' buttons are at the top right of your reply is.
