Scale recomendations?

Post by bcalvert » Mon Jun 07, 2010 10:36 am

My digital scale bit the dust this weekend. I am looking for recommendations for a new scale. What type/brand of scale are you all using? (digital vs mechanical) And how do you insure accuracy? I have been looking at the Rapala digital with the clamp grips.

I use a Berkley digital scale and have had it for years. Seems to stay consistently accurate. Only problem I see with it is that it's one of the hook-in-the-gill types so I only use it for fishes I keeps.
