Picked up a Wright Mcgill rod :)

Post by CRW » Fri Sep 18, 2009 10:41 am

Well I picked up a 11'6" Wright McGill Salmon/Steelhead rod, it is actually there float rod. Haven't actually used it for what it was designed for, float fishing. I have been using it to play with Humpies.

Model is WMENOO116S2 Rated MedLight Moderate 8-12#.

Wow this rod is fun to play Humpies with, very flexible, but still has some power. Now I am wondering what a Silver would be like.

So if you are looking for a rod to play with the smaller Salmon with, you might want to take a look at one of these.
