...has arrived, and I have to work.
So I'll just have to look forward to all your stories and reports when I get home tonight. If you post on the forum, be sure to post with the fishing report form as well so your report gets into the main database.
Good luck and have a great day of fishing!

Couldn't have hoped for better weather! My wife and I are going to go out when she gets home, it'll be her first trip this year I think. Gonna be fun.

I can fish during the week, so will let others, who have to work for a living, have the lakes this weekend. Maybe I'll go Mon.

Me, too. It is slow. Must be all the people out fishing.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook
He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Its funny,I use to avoid the opener like the plague but have embraced it over time. I now enjoy meeting new folks. Some lakes I will shy away due to there size and wait it out for some of the crowds to finish.
Took my boy up to Lake Kapowsin for some largemouth bass, crappies and perch. Plenty of boats on the water but at 500+ acres, its not an issue.
Loads of trout being caught from trollers using spinners, wedding rings etc. Even chatted with folks fishing the shore before and after launching the boat, powerbait and
worms are producing well too.
Anyhow, just mentioning it. I'd submit a report but I'm half asleep and heading back out there tomorrow. Check it out if you can, weather report looks great for Sunday

I'm right there with you, oiling up my reel, untagling my crab pot landing net for the pier.

I had to work too, Mike. And I have to work on Sunday. Not a big thing for me. The fish will be there in the middle of the week when I have a couple of days off. It actually feels good to be back to some steady work, especially in these trying times of high unemployment. In a way, I feel fortunate.

I look forward to your report Nate. I hope you knock em dead!
Sorry to hear you had to work today Mike. I was also unable to fish as I am recovering from major surgery which went very well and I am recovering nicely. I hope to back to work in a few more weeks (my surgery was on April 18th, 12-days ago)and I can't wait to get out on the lakes to do some fishin. I will live vicariously through everyone's reports until I am able to go myself.

NICE! 78 reports posted in the past two days. I forgot it was opening for Ling Cod season. Double Reward Points!
Thanks everyone for your fishing reports! =d>

It'll be another week or so before I can get out there. Gotta save the gas as I can, then use it during those 2 'special weeks'. [img=
