This website advertises large releases a few weeks before they happen, and then provides more information afterwards. It also has sections for asking questions and reporting tagged fish. It has been up for awhile now, but is not appear to be widely advertised yet.

Where is Rufus Woods located? What is the preferred catch method?

The web site is from the tribe. I wouldn't expect much advertisement although it has been around for a while.

Try a Google for Rufus Woods Map. Its basically the Columbia river down stream from Grand Coulee Dam to what ever the next dam is.

As far as fishing, there are walleye, trout, bass, salmon, white fish, burbot, kokanee, etc.
