Congratulations Lewis! I have 2 grandkids and 1 on the way and I was thinking about the emmrod as one of the first poles but maybe the cabelas is worth a look.
Lewis, they had a trout pond at the sportsman show for kids. I don't know what Portland will have. If they have one in 2 years you can take Erik.

Thanks for all the great messages, it really means a lot to me.
Which is a little strange, because I have never met any of you and yet sometimes it seems like we are just sitting around the same cracker barrel. Weird, huh, how you feel like you know some of the guys (generic, both male and female) you meet on the internet.
