If you dont catch fish using the inflator,do you save the worm with the handy dandy deflator?
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Worm Blowers? Sounds like a lawn blower trying to inflate a little worm. Thanks again northfork and racfish for your needles. They will come in handy when I fish around Spokane from shore.

do you have to use a full size worm to inflate? Or can you use little pieces. Also, how big do you have to blow up the worm, in order to make it float? Do they usually look huge like animal ballons? Or what?

usually, a full sized worm will float if you get at least half of it full of air. don't put in too much air or it will pop or it will be so full of air that the worm won't squirm.

they don't look like balloons when full of air. they just look fatter.

you can inflate little pieces of a worm but it is tough. the air will leak out of the open ends. if you insert the needle in the right spot, the organs or dirt in the worm might plug up the leak and hold the air in.

I wonder what the fish does when he pops the worm in its mouth. Is it like humans and helium balloons?

I use JRWFishing.com Gang Hooks. This way the whole Nightcrawler can be rigged with ease and then simply lightly inflated with the needle. I use about 1/2 of the capacity of the 1/2cc inflator into the worm and it just floats right up on top of the water. Also, the Gang Hooks are great for Margaret now, since I always use to rig a worm the wrong way and the trout would steal the worm off the back of my hook...now with Gang Hooks I'm good to go, cause I know that the worm is rigged very well.

I think the same group that's doing the "Male Enhancement" ads are also working on worm inflators.

Yea but those flavored cheap cigarillo Swishers are pretty bad for you. Some are far worse then cigarettes...And before they are lit up they smell like what they are labeled as: grape, strawberry, but have no actual taste other then that achieved from smoking them....

I know too many close relatives and friends who have been killed from tobacco as a result of lung cancer....I sure as heck ain't gonna smoke anything with the danger that surrounds smoking these days....
