Questions about Lake facilities.

I might be going to a picnic event at Lewis Lake. But I need to know if there are bathrooms or por-a-potties there or if there are facilities that are close to Lewis Lake. Can anyone help me out with that???

If the Lewis Lake on Ft. Lewis then I don't believe they do
