Is there a way to make the default font larger when posting to the bulletin board. A curious (OLD) mind wants to know.

Yes, above the text entry box on the lower right side:
Font Size: The box is set to default, you can increase or decrease here. Just use your mouse to select the font you want to increase and select the new size.
oh, sorry Joe, I think I misunderstood your question. no, the default is the default as far as I know.
