P-Line Fluorocarbon (Disappointed)

Vanish is pretty weak. I usually bump it up a bit when using fluoros...i.e. if I need 10lb, I will use 12 lb. Seems like breaking strength is decreased a bit.... Here is a cool article I found regarding fluoro testing http://www.tackletour.com/reviewfluorocarbontest.html

Yes it is, but the report is old, (dated 3/21/07). Fishing line tech is like cell phones and computers, always evolving. Would be nice to see a more current evaluation.

True but, all the brands and flavors tested are still available. I pretty much stay away from any mono's these days, the coated braids handle so much better, there really is no comparison.

A new test would be great. Any takers?

I have not had good luck with any P-Line. It's either too much memory or brittle. It's not for me.

+1, maxima for regular line, seaguar for flourocarbon, thats all you ever need to know
