It took about 3 hours to get a limit. Must of thrown back a dozen or so 8"ers. Seems like they are shallow 2'-5' of water.

The bite was good today! Caught 14 total, 10 over 9"! limited out in about 2 hours! fishing shallow between 5'-3' of water, with a jig just off the bottom!

fished a few hours before the storm! caught a lot of cookie cutters 8 1/2" - 9" a couple 10". had to switch color of jigs every couple fish! luckily i left 5 minutes before the storm came in.

They are about to spawn, full of eggs. Kept 4 big ones today, lots of small ones. All of them caught in 2-4' of water. First picture is from today, second from yesterday.

Not bad for a 40 minute soak off of kayak. Ended up with my limit of 6. No dungies which is fine I prefer red rock, however I would of liked 1 dungie.
