Also called HORTON POND, this small reservoir is located about ten miles northeast of Triangle Lake on the east side of Horton Road which runs along the west side of the reservoir. Hult Reservoir used to have excellent bass and bluegill fishing before a timber company illegally drained the reservoir without taking care of the fish present in the reservoir. The bluegills have bounced back, but the largemouth bass fishing isn't nearly as good as it used to be when largemouth bass to nine pounds were pulled from the reservoir. The best bass fishing is on the east side of the reservoir. Cutthroat trout and brown bullheads are also present and the reservoir may receive plants of rainbow trout in the future.
