Another good trip to Alder, fantastic weather. Water is very low, so big boats have a hard time getting in and out, you need a very shallow draft. Lot's of smallish Kokanee everywhere, don't need to go into the reaches (but they're in there as well). Water is clearer in morning. Limited out in less than two hours all four days (9/28 through 10/1) on wedding ring behind hot wings with single piece of corn (A couple of fish on small marshmallows - I was curious if they'd hit it, and they did. Also a couple on eggs. I don't think maggots were working for some folks). Hook ups were solid in side of mouth. Most fish around 10", a few smaller and a couple shy of 12". Very slow troll (used wind mostly). Got a lot of fish to smoke now!
