My wife and I were on the upper part of the lake starting around 7am. We'd never really checked this lake out before. Incredible desert panoramas all over the place.
Of course we had to see the laser show on Grand Coulee the night before. Hadn't seen that for 20 years or so. Don't think it's changed that much over the years! Not quite a big party town after 10 or so either.

We fished the inlets on our raft and 2 horse kicker. Hotter than holy hoo hah by noon or so. No place to hide in that beautiful treeless area! Caught a few medium size and one bigger 3 lb. smallmouth bass and a decent sized perch as well.

We started off with worms and marshmallows - did ok. Then tried power bait eggs, worms and marshmallows and had a bit better action. Also had some interest with a Little Joe's worm harness. There were a few other folks on the lake - it seems like it's big enough for everyone.

As always, we had a good time fishing - will definitely be back.
