My buddy and I launched Mukilteo around 9 to go throw a few crab pots by the oil docks and goof around for a bit. While we were motoring back from hat island towards Edmonds to try fishing, we found a white flasher floating in the water. I turned around and had my buddy pick it up. When he pulled it up there was still a pink attached to the leader! Not only did we get a new flasher and squid, but a nice pink too! That got us excited so we went towards the shipwreck trolling at about 200 feet. About 15 minutes in I got a hit and pulled in a nice large pink. Then I got sea sick from all the boats speeding by all the trollers and we headed to pick up our pots. We only got 4 crabs to keep. It seems like most of the males have been picked up already in that area. We packed up and headed home. The meat in those pinks was nice and red, not pale like the two from last week.
