Fished lake washington for the 2nd time. 1st time under the I90 bridge. 2nd time in Yarrow bay in Kirkland. There is so much grass in this lake that its impossible to catch anything on lures.

Slow day and the fish are much deeper. Spotted a few on the camera around 20ft deep, but couldn't get them to bite. Caught this guy on a bluff. Fish measured 16" and was around 2lbs.

This 4.7lbs smallmouth fell for a drop-shot rigged Sniper Snub. Fish still had a belly full of eggs and was quickly released to finish spawning. Please release the large females.
