This was my 5th trip to Roosevelt since the beginning of this year and fishing for anything (trout and Silvers) has been slow up till this time. I launched at Lincoln at 7 Am headed to White Stone and tolled for about an two hours and no luck, the water temp was 36 degrees. So I pulled into the bay across from white stone, the creek was flowing pretty good and the water temp was 46 degrees there and I went just past the murky water edge and anchored in about 30 ft of water and started casting a worm tipped with Gulp corn and scented with krill oil added a slip weight above the swivel and that is when the fun began. The two of us caught two limits in two hours, one was a very nice 22 inch and most averaged about 18. My guess was the fish were along the shore line and inlets looking for food and the warmer temps in the bay made the difference. Sorry no pictures left my cell phone at home.
