Tried fishing this lake for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to see such a serene lake so close to urban life. There are lots of fallen logs in this lake so fishing can be somewhat of a challenge. Most of the fishing was done by trolling and we saw every boat land fish. At first we tried everything from night crawlers, to spinners, to trout crack (Power eggs) - no luck. Then we realize they were feeding closer to the top so we put on 4-5' leaders and managed to catch a couple of 12-13 inchers using more trout crack. You need to reel these suckers in quick as they can get caught up in the logs below. I'd give this lake a 5 if it weren't for them meddling logs!
