Since I have moved to the area battle ground has been very kind to myself . I have experienced some great days using split body repalla as well as crocodile lures . I been back since the planting of fish in late Jan and have had little luck . I must agree there are many Russians fishing the lake and no matter what the size of the fish they taking them all home . I believe catch and release for most fish would greatly enhance this lake . Also would like to see another peer from some of the other ends of the lake as you have to cast very far out in order not to snag on the trees that are down in the lake. I will continue to fish this lake as I have met very nice people and the setting is great .
