had to try potholes for the 50,000 trout that were released last Friday, Come to find out all 50,000 were no bigger than 5 inches and to make matters worse a storm hit the day before and really screwed up the fishing around the dock area. Me and 2 buddys fished the lake for 2 days mostly going for trout with out even a bite. But as we were getting packed to leave my pole started jumping around, 21" rainbow with a hooked jaw. We were staying at Mar Don resort right to the right of the dock, using 4' leaders and salmon egg flavored Berkley powerbait. We then saw another trout caught 10 min. later so the lake might be coming back to life after the storm that hit.
