Stayed at soda lake for Sunday and Monday night. The fishing was all right but wasnt great. We mostly used jigs tipped with worm from shore. But tried numerous plastics and plugs, a couple spinners, powerbait and catfish bait. We caught a whole bunch of small walleye, large mouth bass and small mouth bass, we also caught one small bluegill. The biggest fish was about 13" and it was a smallie. The weather was HOT, a little too hot. We spent the 4th in Vantage and it hit 107 degrees. Had plans to fish around that area, but never got around to it. I was going to stay a few more days, but couldnt handle the heat. My buddy fished Hutchinson and got skunked
