after gettin' shut out at seacrest pier, I went to my favorite spot on lake union at dusk. I was throwin' a small yellow/blue rattlin rapala and on my third cast got a little nibble. On my forth cast I got stuck! After a long battle ( it's been awhile so i really played this fish out) I lipped a 5lb smallmouth. If it wasn't a 5 it was in the high 4's. Next cast I wrapped my lure around the rod tip and snapped it off. Damn, no lucky lure. very nice smallie. this spot always produces. I'll give a hint, I was fishing from shore standing on wood with a porta pottie is sight.

Bassaholic, is that the kind of structure that produces "howgs" for you? That brown adjective lets us know what color trout you pursue. Heard people say trouser trout never brown trouser trout. Get your freak on you nasty guy!
