Today went to the lake for some crappie; EXCELLENT off the dock. Kept 9 all over 10". Green jigs seem to do the trick. Evening and morning seem to be when the bite is on. Anyway, we stayed on the dock until 10:30 pm. Until then we hoped to catch a few of anything, but little did we know this lake is filled with catfish; brow bullhead. The bite started around 7:30 and lasted until it was time to pack up and leave. (VERY WINDY). We probably caught 20 or so between the two of us and boy was it FUN!!!!!!! Used worms on the bottom seemed to work. The largest was 4.1 pounds (have a scale) and the smallest like 2". Just cast toward the lilys and hold on :) Have a great night all...
