4/18/2008 5:44:00 PMNo it isn't. But I launched at 8:45 and came off the water at 12:00 and did not have to pay. But our friend's in there boat came off the water a hour later and they had to pay to get there boat out. But the county park was still free you just could'nt launch there with the wind.

4/19/2008 5:50:00 AMI could only challenge it for so long. The boy finally had enough but I was proud of him he toughed it out for longer than I thought he would.
