Tried out new prop on boat, decided to take a shot at the crappie on Lake Union. Worked it for a couple of hours, but no crappie. Perch and pikeminnow during daylight, and a couple of smallmouth on topwater baits under the lights by Zymogenetics after dark. Will get serious about it soon -
Tony, great meeting you - shoot me a PM - I'll let you know when I'm going to try again (seriously this time) and maybe we can meet up again.

What a crappy report. Get it? Crappie/Crappy. Ha ha I crack myself up. Should have been at Banks my man, as a dear friend would say......WE BROUGHT IT. So how was the new prop. And oh by the way, what was wrong with the prop you had. It always seemed to work well.

Oh, you got jokes!!
Banks in two weeks. Looks like we may have some crew joining us for some "beer-dart" style debauchery...

Prop was ok on the boat, but I got a great deal on a 4 blade stainless Trophy Sport prop. Lost about 1.5 MPH off the top end, but it literally jumps up on plane and rides higher in the water once there. When I have 3 people and gear in the boat (or just Henton and his gear), the time-to-plane has been a little iffy, to say the least. It's not like I have a 115 hp sludge-burner or anything, so I have to make the most of what I got-
