Went out it was still dark when I arrived only 2 other people there for the first hour or so. Not much luck until it got light. after it got light more people started to show up maybe 12 people fishing the lake at any one time. I fished from the dock using a #8 egg hook with a 3' to 4 ' leader tied to a barrel swivel and a 3/8 oz. bullet weight above the swivel. tried a few different colors of power bait. got a few bites but not much luck. KevinB showed up I think it was around 8:00. I finally landed 1 rainbow around 13" using the same set up with rainbow color around 9:30 or 10:00. Got a few more bites but nothing solid. A few other people were having some luck catching small ones in one of the smaller areas on the east side of the lake. Weather was over cast and chilly. don't know exact temp.
