Got to the lake a little late in the day after stocking up on some 15% off tackle at Joes. Had a few bites. Anyways, I noticed the last time I went out there a homeowner had tried to block access to the smaller lake west of the boat launch with an old log. I pushed it out of the way and rowed back and caught 2. But last Saturday when I showed up the home owner had floated a small old dock to block the access point. I pulled it out of the way and went back to the smaller lake and fished for about an hour. I asked some locals fishing from the park side of the shore if it was legal to fisht that part of the lake and they said it was legal and that home owners on the lake always try to block the access. Anyways I saw who was blocking it. A guy with a big house right on the lake in the back on the left side. He has a rusty statue of an Eagle taking flight in his back yard. I noticed him on his dock trying loggs together to make a barricade. On my way back out I noticed that the dock that I moved to get in was back in its place. I also noticed the man that lives in the house right in front of the access point had watched me move it the first time and was watching me trying to move it so I could get out. I couldnt push it out so I climbed on it and tried to pull my boat over it but got stuck and wound up having to row all the way to the boat launch with this dock stuck to the bottom of my boat just to get it off. So I took it off and then rowed it over to a guy fishing from the shore and tied it up so he could fish off it. As long as they keep trying to block access im going to keep tearing it all down. I emailed the Sammamish parks department about the problem and still havent heard back
