5/6/2009 4:58:00 PMKevinb , the hole your talking about I think is a log of some sort . I have been to the lake my self a few times last year. and 1 time this year with my 11yr . I live like 3min away from there , about the little trout rising there , tie up a green woolyburger / black and they will hit befor you know it! thats what seemed to work best for us. I have heard there are some phatys bass up in that lake yet to find out : )~ ! thanks for the report

5/7/2009 7:11:00 AMWell, at least you were out in the elements trying for bass. I fished that little lake 22 times between 1980 and 1996. Caught lots of bass with the biggest boated being 4 pounds, 2 ounces. Had a monster break me off once. I also caught several really nice crappie about this time of year on surface Rapalas while casting for bass. Tight lines, BJ

so the drive is about 10 minutes....PERFECT!!! Theres some good bass in here but I havn't had the best of luck(yet)
but have seen many. I'll be fishing here a bit more this year and on the hunt for bass...actually,pretty much anything for
that matter.
