6/8/2009 6:23:00 AMMy family went out to offut a few weeks back and did really well. That lake has a ton of fish. We had great luck just picking a corner and anchoring down. We used about a 4ft litre w/pink power eggs, just casted out and let it sit. We caught 7 w/in 30 minutes. Sometimes, they just are not biting, very frustrating, but that's the way it goes. The lake I normally fish used to be very good, easy limit everytime, and now the bite has went way down. Between all the people fishing on docks and out in boats limiting every time, eventually it gets fairly fished out.
