I remember now why I quit fishing in lakes that allow jetskis. There must be some thing about riding one that allows the rider to become rude and uncaring, after about 9:30 they ruined the fishing for me by buzzing around my boat and the noise alone can ruin a peacful day on the lake. I caught 1 perch about 6 inch and lost 1 nice walleye, not much for 7 hrs of fishing. but then my day may have started bitter, the crew working on the dock had a pile driving rig parked at the dock so to launch a nice guy had to walk my boat in waste deep water to help me get it around the rig and to the dock. The fishing wasn't worth all the B S.

I like to put on the biggest plug I have in the box and "fish" for them.

Don't just point the finger at the Jetskiers. I tried fishing at Hayden Lake yesterday. It seems the a guy with a fishing pole is sort of like a roadside attraction. Every time someone in a "Pleaseure Boat" sees him, they have to come by with their boat at "Full plow" just to see what he is doing. I nearly took a dip trying to hit one of my favorite holes. I agree we all must share the water but it certainly does get frustrating. Happy fishing
