This is a great lake.Wife and I arrived about 7 am.Water was smooth and very clear.Surface temp between 67 and 68 degrees.Trolled home made spinners untill we found a spot showing fish on the fish finder.Right outside the large cove to the left of the launch,almost halfway down the lake.Anchored up and tossed in some worms.Caught 4 fish in about 10 minutes and decided we had better troll or this would be a short trip.Trolled across from left to right from the launch,then back,repeat.Lost count of fish caught but would estimate 15 to 20 fish each.All fish but one were normal stocker size one was 16 inches and looked huge next to the little guys.Kept 8 fish total,the 4 caught on bait plus others that were hooked badly on our spinners.
