Unfortunately I only had two hours to fish before it got dark. I caught two 1-2 lbs bass in that timeframe. I am sure there are good bass in the pond, but in all honesty I couldnt keep the little fish off my PLASTIC CURLTAIL WORM long enough to entice a lot of bites. I used a floating setup (no weight) and a standard plastic worm hook rigged weedless. Going back tomorrow and trying a frog weedless. If you plan on fishing here you need to use a weedless setup or you will just get mad from picking weeds out of your hook all day. Clear water implies need for natural colored baits. I fished the shady side of the pond.
