"Are they good to eat or just Smoke"?
HMMMMMMMMMMMM, let's see, best answer would be, Depends on who ya ask. Personally I prefer to smoke them, but Many folks I know Like them on the BBQ, and no one that we've given them to has complained about the smoked ones. Whenever I clean them, I make sure to clean ALL the dark flesh off the sides and trim off the belly fat. Seems to me, leaving the dark flesh on gives them a "Strong" fishie taste.

7/22/2009 12:28:00 AMI prefer the bigger ones smoked,the smaller ones i like to bbq.I have to admit i think these fish fight alot better this time of the year than in january or february.The smallest one i caught i swore i thought i had a landlocked king on,he ran me around the boat a bit after being drug up from 200 ft down.Lots of debris in the water too.I cant believe all the crazys out there pulling kids on ski tubes right through the middle of all that stuff.
