Went to Kitsap to do some shore fishing and was suprised to see that there was some many boats out on the water for a monday and how good the fishing was. Went to the far end of the public dock and tossed out my poles one had nymph grape powerbait on a 3 foot leaderand the othe had rainbow powerbait on a 1.5 leader just to see what depth they were at. Well the purple won hands down. I caught 3 fish in 30 minutes the biggest being 17 and the smallest being 12. The rainbow did ok it caught 2 and they were both under 11 so they were released. Can't wait for the bass to get goin only another month to go.
