Trolling a bingo bug and some pop gear. Good bite was one until I snapped my pole. I give it a 4 because the bite was heating up and I was doing well until I went to set the hook and banged the hell out of my pole on the side of the boat and snapped it. I did manage to land the fish though. I released 2 nice fish (yes I realize I should not have taken this guy out of the water for the pic, but it was my first decent fish of the season and I got overly excited) and could have caught a lot more as I was only there a little while. This lake also gets a nice review because it is gorgeous and there are no houses on it. However, there is a girl scout camp and they like to sing LOUDLY.

How large is the trout you caught ?. Really sucks having bad luck with the fishing pole like that. Your a good sport rating your fishing day a 4. Go back with a knew stick, and start where you left off!

My idea exactly Moto, but the report after mine on Langlois makes me think this lake is only for early AM. I got a new Shimano Voltaeus at Sports Authority in Issaquah grand opening and I am taking my 5 year old out tonight. May just do Pine Lake, thinking about Margaret too.

The one in pic is probably about 12 inches and pretty fat. The one I busted my pole on was about 10 and thinner.
