Got to this lake around 6:30AM. When we got there, there was only 2 other boats on the lake. For the first 3 hours we didn't even have a bite. But as the day went on we decided to get our flashers down there farther at around 40ft-50ft. We started catching them pretty steadily one fish per 10min for a good hour or so. I caught a 16in 2lbs rainbow. Then the fishing completely stopped and nobody was catching any fish at all. Then around 1:00PM we started to catch them again and so was everybody else. We finally came away with our limits and most fish were around 10in-15in with about 8 little 10inchers that we decided to throw back. We used the same old Ford Fender(gold) and Sepps(siver&green) seems to be working quite well anywhere. Best fishing was found in the middle of the lake around 35ft-50ft with just a worm trailing pop gear. Fish were starting to get some lice on the each fish had around 4-6 bugs on them but they are fine, just more protein. Definetly good fishing just have to find them.

Are you using downriggers to get down so deep?
