I went fishing for silvers at the dam, started around 2:00. It was sunny and being overcast. I was using worms and shrimp, or a combination of both. They seemed to prefer the shrimp. They would steal the shrimp off of the end of the hook, if I was using a combination anyway.
They were biting pretty consistently. I was fishing down about seven feet. Some people were fishing down deeper. I figured I can see big ones swimming around and jumping. May not need to go down too deep. Have a bit more control with the bait a little closer to the surface. Caught my limit in about three hours. Lots of fun.
