Fished Nunnally last Fri and Sat. Had a great trip with lots of fish caught. This was my first trout fishing trip of the new year. I caught and released a total of 17 fish and had several LDR's. Most fish were caught on black Chironomids. Brown was a close second. I fished the Chironomids about 5-7 feet below a srike indicator. I also picked up fish on an olive bugger slow trolled near the reeds close to shore. Most fish were 15-17 inches. I caught a couple in the 20-21 inch range. The largest fish of the trip was a 23 inch beauty (pictured). All fish were very active and faught well. Decided to take the long way home because Lenice was calling my name! I fished Lenice for about an hour from shore casting a gold Kastmaster spoon. Very slow at Lenice but picked up one 15 inch Cutt (pictured). All in all wonderful trip and can't wait for the next.
