It was around 2 in the afternoon no sun alot of clouds rain was low showers me and my buddies decided to hit the lake with a boat we had to haul it down there from the enterance because they dont have the gates unlocked yet so after haulling the boat about 100 yards we started trolling with rapal's we eneded up switching to spinners but still not a bit so we all switched to white spoons and started nailing the fish left and right we ended up catching the most fish over in the swimming area about 50 feet off the shore all the fish we caught were around 12" but the biggest was 14" not a bad place to go fishing we eneded up catching five in two hours.

You and your buddies all disabled or 15 (or under) or seniors, perhaps? Bear Lake is a restricted use lake.

Actually, the lake is not restricted to 15 under & disabled, adults can fish provided they are accompanied by previous mentioned!

I might have to head up to Bear, although I'll need to bring some of my buddies along to help carry the boat. My boys (5 and 6 yrs old) aren't quite big enough to carry the darn thing yet.
