5/1/2011 9:09:00 PMWe were at West Medical today in a boat and had good luck. It took all day but we managed to find fish in a couple different areas. All fish were taken near the bottom. We had the most luck with power baits but did get a couple on just worms. Much to my surprise, my first take was on a "gulp alive" worm. It was also the largest fish of the day. Parked next to and angler using flies that could not seem to keep the fish away. It was amazing to watch him pull in fish after fish. I believe he was all C&R. Did see the anglers at the pump house side having decent luck from shore.
