Fished mostly the south end, that being from the Mile south. Caught 12 for the day, 7 keepers, for two of us. Two nice perch as well. Fished the mid lake area without a bite. No depth produced until we got to 35 or deeper. Water temp 62-66. Beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky, windy early than flat dead for the afternoon. The wind didn't seem to make a difference on the bite. Color didn't seem to matter on the beads...didn't catch enough to form a pattern. Forgot to take pictures, or should I say, not excited enough by the fish to take pictures! 12 fish in 10 hours is pretty slow, especially for Banks in July. But we sure had a good time on an unbelievably nice day.
