We came on Banks Lake about 11AM after fishing Evergreen Resevoir. All the boat launches were close except the one in Electric City. Only three boat trailers were parked at that boat launch. It already looked suspicious to us forcing us to think about why nobody was fishing. We started by checking all the drop offs and the biggest depths right next to the launch. No luck. Then we started heading toward Coulee City stopping at every reasonable to fish spot. We used everything starting from blade baits and finishing plasting worms. No luck except a few perch and small bass by the rocks. We decided to quit after 4PM and get trout limit, what we used to think as easy catch, at Rufus Woods.
