I really expected to get bit on the bloody mary, and we couldn't keep them off the gilded lily at Chelan, and I figured rainbows would hit that too. But I don't know American at all, so I could have been fishing in all the wrong places, depths, etc...

4/24/2012 10:06:00 PMAmerican is still pretty slow, some people are having luck but nothing like last year this time. I find that the UV dodgers work better than the 50/50 or silver. I picked up a lot of trout with the pink splater Dick Nite the other day. All the Rainbows I have caught have been in 15' of water.
