Fished Tapps late afternoon and into the evening. Other than a few jet skis and pleasure boaters,we had most of the lake to ourselves. Mostly chucked a Musky Innovations Shallow Invader and had a few follows from low to mid 30's inch fish. Did have a bronzie tag that same bait but no hookup. Ended up catching my smallest tiger musky on a bucktail. Had I seen the fish prior,I would have kept the bait away,no sense in trying to sore jaw the planters.
Rock points and weedbeds seemed to show the most activity from the tigers. Weather was mostly overcast with a steady breeze at times along with a few sprinkles. Remember the 50 inch rule for tiger musky. All fish under 50 inches must be released. Good luck out there and enjoy!
