We started fishing about 6:30am and left at 1pm. It was cloudy with a breeze. Then a nice calm morning. I would like to say the catching was hot but it wasn’t. Caught most of the fish deep. Even the trout. Kokanee were elusive but I did get 3. The catch of my day was the biggest trout of my fishing career to this date. 17 inch female. She was caught at 58 feet. If I can remember they were all caught 40 or below.
I got one kokanee on a Bloody Mary with a 0/0 nickel dodger. Everything else was caught on a Dick Nite Purple HotHead UV Dodger with my new Green Machine Squiddy.

We are in a battle! Angler against fish! We need an arsenal of weapons and at my site you will find some of those different weapons. For all those who wannafish a lure come in and take a look at WannafishALure.com.
