Gave Mineral lake another try for the year. There were only a few other
boats on the lake when we arrived. There had been rain the night before
and we hit rain showers on the drive to the lake. We fished the north end
with Powerbait. We fished for 5 1/2 hours still fishing and trolling. We
only caught 3 fish, and all three were caught between 8:30am and 8:45am.
The fish were only about 10 inches in size. We saw a few other people
catching fish, but none of the fish seemed to be much bigger than what we
caught.
