Using about everything i had in my small tackle kit for starters. I tried a few lures that i know work on these small lakes a couple grubs but i have never fished a lake this shallow only about 18-20 feet deep so hard to find the fish. One guy was having some luck sit fishing on some mellows and such. I landed one into my small boat but it quickly flopped right out after i removed the hook a decent sized rainbow i would say about 17 inches and had a few others on I started fishing about 5am went til 8ish. Caught the one just on night crawlers tried some mellows got a few hits but no good bites. Pretty slow fishing went out later that day and evening with no luck considering how small the lake is it must be pretty fished out is my guess.
